Glitter Picture Tutorial
Okay, first of all... choose the picture you want to use! I, am going to use this one!

1.First, go to edit>paste as new image. Then go up to image>increase color depth>16 million colors.

2. Zoom in to where you can see the fine lines. And click on the "magic wand" (if you cant see it click the down arrow by the "selection" tool and click on "magic wand".)
3. Click on one part that you want glittered and it should be selected. To select multiple parts, as you click on them hold down shift. And if you make a mistake, just go to edit>undo (don't worry, only the last part that you click on will be de-selected.) Make sure you select all you want to glitter.

4. Now go to Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.

5. Select Uniform. Then change the "Noise" to any number you want that looks good. I am using 20.

6. Go to file>save. Name the image anything you want. I prefer to name the first frame "1." simple and I can remember which one I did first! Make sure that you save the image as Bitmap (*.bmp) Make sure you do this! This is very important! Lol
7. Then go to edit>undo add noise. Then repeat steps four through 5 but change the noise setting to a number higher or lower than you used on the first image. When you are finished adding the noise go to file>SAVE AS (not save...SAVE AS) This is another vital detail. Name it what you want and make sure its (*.bmp). Do these last steps for each extra frame you want. I am going to do three.
8. Now open Animation Shop 3. Go to file>animation wizard

Choose the "Same as the first image frame" then click Next. Then select "Transparent" and click Next. Choose "Upper left of the frame" and "With the canvas color" then click Next. Choose "Yes, repeat the animation indefinitely" and put "10" in the box, then click on the Next button again.
Select the "Add Image..." button then browse your computer for the frames you made. Double click on the frame (or click on it then click on open.) Do the same for all your frames then click next. Click Finish and you are finished... with that part anyway :P

9. You will see all your slides come up, to view your animation click on the little icon that looks like this
it is usually in the top right corner of the screen.
10. Then go to File>save. It should automatically save it as (*.gif) YOU ARE FINISHED!!!
