One Pixel Border

Paint Shop Pro (Free Download)

Did you ever wonder how to get your font to have that perfect border all the way around it? Well here’s how to do it!



1. Create a new image and set the background to transparent as shown above.

2. Go to the first image and use the Flood Fill Tool () to color the background black (or whatever color you want the border to be).

3. Select the font tool (). Change the Background color to the color you wish your font to be and change the foreground color to transparent by clicking on the circle with a cross through it.



5.Now click on your image and a box will come up to type your text in. Choose the font and size you want and then type your text. Click "Apply".

6. Next go to Selections > Modify > Expand.



7. Set the number of pixels to one and click okay.

8. Go to Edit > Copy. Then Edit > Paste > Paste as new image (you can always paste it onto an existing image if you want to lol). And now you have a one pixel border on your font!
